The Foundation's membership shall be limited to the two (2) categories listed below:

In Liberia, Category One (1) includes twins and multiple births; and

Category two (2) comprises any person or persons who do not fall into category one. Individuals in this category will be Foundation associate members.

All eligible individuals shall complete the appropriate membership application form and shall be subject to approval by the Executive Committee; LITCAF,INC.

Only persons/individuals whose names are entered in the Register of Members are considered members.

The committee shall have the power to suspend or terminate a member’s membership if, in the sole discretion of the Executive Committee, such member is guilty of conduct unwelcoming to the interests and/or objectives of LITCAF, INC. by non-compliance with the Constitution and By-laws.

Termination of membership will also apply upon the death of a member.

The member whose registration has been terminated shall remain liable for all sums that may, at the date of termination of his/her registration, be due from him/her to LITCAF, INC. and shall not be entitled to any refund of subscription monies already paid to LITCAF, INC.

Should a member wish to withdraw from LITCAF, INC., he/she shall give written notice to LITCAF, INC. by email or in writing at its registered office of his/her intention to do so, and he/she shall cease to be a member thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice by LITCAF, INC.

A member's rights and privileges are personal and non-transferable.

The provisions of the Association's Constitution and Bylaws are binding on all members.

The Annual Membership Due Payment

All category one (1) members must pay annual dues of $5.00 USD for infants and children under the age of 18 and $10.00 USD for adults.

Associate members of the Foundation will be required to pay annual dues of $20.00 USD.
